Shipping Fees

Shipping costs within Canada will be added to your purchase price before final confirmation of your order. You will be able to review the total invoice price, including taxes and shipping fees, before confirming your transaction.

 

For all orders from outside of Canada, please email us at commande@lafabriquezeb.com. We will evaluate the best feasibility and carrier for your order and determine the shipping costs. The customer is responsible for customs clearance fees, which vary from country to country, as well as any country taxes (associated with the shipping address).

 

Delivery Time

Please allow fifteen (15) business days for your order to be shipped from the moment we receive your completed order at La Fabrique ZEB.

 

You will receive an email notification when your order leaves La Fabrique ZEB. Certain orders may be provided with a tracking number to follow the package’s progress.

 

It is not possible to collect your order directly from La Fabrique ZEB.

 

Delivery Terms

Please note that La Fabrique ZEB is not responsible for any fees incurred if the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of ordering is incorrect. In such a case, return shipping and reshipping fees will be entirely at the customer's expense.

 

Furthermore, no refunds will be issued for packages delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a safe place to receive their package. A signature may be required upon receipt of the order for certain items if the order is delivered to the door.
