Out of stock items

If a product is out of stock, we will advise you with an email.

At La Fabrique ZEB, we are proud to manufacture most of our specialized materials ourselves. As, however, we only create small batches of our products at a time, we may occasionally sell out. Please note that you will be promptly informed should this ever occur with any order. No automatic product replacements will ever be made on your behalf.

Canceled orders

La Fabrique ZEB reserves the right to cancel and refund any order submitted via its website. In such an event, an email confirming the order refund will be sent.

In order for La Fabrique ZEB to ensure the quality and safety of our products, no exchanges, returns, or refunds are possible for any product from La Fabrique ZEB.
